When booting into Windows 10 it takes around 30-40 seconds on the Windows logo with the spinning dots loading screen. I have tried everything I know to solve these issues: Turned off fast start up. Ran CCleaner. Ran Diskclean up. Turned off startup program / services.
We had this issue first with an HP Server on Windows Server 2016. No update was applied but we rebooted the server (remotely) and it was stuck on the HP logo screen. We had to go to the server and shutdown by holding the power button and power it back on. After doing that, the server was back online. The "fix" was just to hold the power button
Those errors are: I've been combing through the interwebs for a day and a half now and tried a panoply of things that it could be. Checked the application pools and made sure they're using the correct version of .net. Changed the permissions of web.config so that the group "Everyone" has full access.
